TRADE FAIR VISITOR REGISTRATION
Trade fair address: R. do Bojador 2, 1990-280 Lisboa, Portugal.
SNACKEX will be held in Pavilion 4.
Visitor entry is FREE OF CHARGE. In order to access the trade show you still need to pre-register ONLINE using the below link OR on-site at the self-registration desks. In order to avoid queues please pre-register online.
On-site badge pick-up procedure for pre-registered visitors:
- Come to the on-site self-registration desks located at the entrance of Pavilion 4
- Scan your barcode which you have received via email when you registered online
- Print your badge
- Pick-up your lanyard from the nearby containers
- Wear your badge at all times as without a badge access will be denied
On-site badge pick-up procedure for NON-pre-registered visitors:
- Come to the on-site self-registration desks located at the entrance of Pavilion 4
- Register yourself in the system by following the steps on the screen
- Print your badge
- Pick-up your lanyard from the nearby containers
- Wear your badge at all times, without a badge access will be denied
Visitor registration provides you with access to the following show features:
- Access to the show floor
- Access to the Snack Science Hub sessions
- Access to the Networking Lounge
Visitor registration does NOT give you access to the Welcome Reception taking place on 16 June evening.
Visitors can purchase Welcome Reception tickets. This event is very popular and a great business networking opportunity that must not be missed.
Welcome reception tickets can be purchased after registering or by logging in if you have registered already.
Ticket purchases for the Welcome reception are available only until 8th June 2026. No purchases will be available after this date NOR on site.
